1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TibreOffice Solutions, websites, or any associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Services. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use the Services. These terms apply to all users, including individuals, businesses, and organizations.

TibreOffice provides professional office suite solutions including word processing, spreadsheet management, presentation tools, and productivity applications. These Terms govern your use of our Solutions and any related updates, upgrades, or support services.

2. License and Usage Rights

TibreOffice grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our Solutions on devices you own or control. You may use the Solutions for personal, educational, or commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

You are solely responsible for any content you create, store, or share using our Services. TibreOffice does not claim ownership of your documents or data. However, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide the Services to you.

4. Data Storage and Security

TibreOffice implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. You acknowledge that you use the Services at your own risk.

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law. You may export or delete your documents at any time using built-in tools. TibreOffice is not responsible for data loss caused by your actions, hardware failure, or third-party services.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the TibreOffice Solutions, including but not limited to code, algorithms, user interface designs, icons, documentation, and brand assets, remain the exclusive property of TibreOffice and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

You retain full ownership of all documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and other content you create using our Solutions. TibreOffice does not claim any rights over your intellectual property. However, you grant us permission to process your content solely to enable the functionality you request.

6. Termination and Suspension

TibreOffice may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with notice to you. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, your license rights cease immediately, and we may delete data associated with your account after a reasonable period.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law — will remain in effect.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TIBREOFFICE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.

We do not warrant that the Solutions will meet your specific requirements, that it will be compatible with all devices or third-party Solutions, or that all defects will be corrected. You assume full responsibility for selecting the Solutions and for any results obtained from using it.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIBREOFFICE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

In no event shall TibreOffice's total liability exceed the amount you paid us during the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limitations may not apply to you.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.

Before filing a lawsuit, you agree to contact us to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved within sixty (60) days, either party may initiate formal proceedings.

10. Changes to These Terms

TibreOffice reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
